Nick runs the conversation. You will not be asked to sit through a presentation. You will be asked questions about your business.

If Nick thinks Phase 1 is the right next step, he will say so. You decide from there. There is no follow-up sequence and no pressure to commit on the call.

WORTH SAYING PLAINLY
Not every business is a fit for DOA. The methodology is designed for owner-operated businesses where the owner is the bottleneck and doesn't know whom to hire next. If that is not your situation, Nick will tell you within the first 10 minutes and point you to something more useful.

Nick asks questions, listens, and tells you what he is hearing. If the problem you are describing matches what DOA is built to fix, he will explain what the next step looks like and what it costs. If it does not, he will tell you that and suggest a better direction.

A clear path, not a proposal
