The Founder Decision Audit

This audit is for owner-operators who feel like the business still depends on them too much. It takes less than five minutes. There are no wrong answers. Answer based on how your business actually runs today, not how you want it to run.

Score each answer using the point value listed. Add your total as you answer. When you submit, you will see exactly where your score lands across four ranges and what it means for your business today.
